• Key member of 2011’s biggest drug launch, INCIVEK, a breakthrough hepatitis C drug, which reached a billion dollars in sales in record time. Helped launch, and was lead writer on, the multi-touch, multi-media, multi-component CRM program

• Developed/wrote entire CRM stream for EGRIFTA (lipodystrophy). This robust award-winning program included emails, e-newsletters, and letters, to encourage adherence and compliance

Lead writer/creator on all CRM materials for AstraZeneca products, Nexium (GERD) and Pulmicort Respules (asthma). Other accounts: Humira (rheumatoid arthritis/psoriasis/gastro), Sanofi oncology website, Multaq (atrial fibrillation), Ampyra (MS), Byetta (diabetes), NuvaRing

  • Edited comprehensive Consumer Resource Guide for Seroquel (bipolar)

  • Supervised and nurtured young talent

  • Created referencing and annotating manual used by all consumer copywriters

  • Developed a Byetta (diabetes) mail piece with a 14% response rate

  • Improved consumer/physician engagement on Pulmicort Respules: increased new starts by 350+% and adherence by 19%

1998-2006   WUNDERMAN—Senior Copywriter/Copy Supervisor

  • Lead writer on direct response materials and print ads for IBM. Created and wrote innovative mail pieces, including a Cannes finalist

  • Created award-winning IBM direct mail that increased response by 4.5%, after 6 quarters of declining sales

  • Contributed to the launch of Chantix, an anti-smoking medicine, including coping strategies on the behavior modification website
